Luan Starova
short story writer, novelist, poet, essayist, literary critic, scholar. Writes in Albanian, Macedonian and French. Born 14th August 1941 in Pogradec (Albania). Graduated from the Faculty of Philology in Skopje. He gained his M.A. and Ph.D. in French and Comparative Literature in Zagreb. University professor and diplomat (Ambassador of R.Macedonia to France, Portugal, Spain and UNESCO). Member of the Macedonian Writers’ Association since 1970.
