This year the Macedonian P.E.N. Centre marked 21^st March, the International Day of Poetry with a large poet gathering and the declaration of the poetry message from Macedonia. The celebration took place in the People's and University's Library St. Kliment Ohridski in Skopje, with the participation of the Youth Cultural Centre's mandolin orchestra, together with a number of Macedonian poets, members of the Macedonian P.E.N. Centre. The poet Eftim Kletnikov delivered the poetry message on this occasion. The poets Petar T. Boshkovski, Mihail Rendzov, Ihami Emin, Gordana Mihailova - Boshnakoska, Sande Stojchevski, Resul Shabani, Svetlana Hristova - Jocik, Vele Smilevski and Eftim Kletnikov performed their poetry readings.
